Requirements for remote service:

1. Your computer must be able to power up and get to your desktop.
2. You must have a internet connection.
3. You must be able to download software. (In some cases).
4. You must be able to stay at your computer while the remote service is being preformed.
5. You must make a appointment for Remote service. * We cannot perform a remote Service at the drop of a hat!*
**Computers that cannot power up or start Windows cannot use the Remote Service!**

Remote support service : Advance deposit (via Paypal) or credit card is needed for Remote Support Service, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us. Paypal accepts credit cards, debit cards, checking account transfers, and paypal account payments for Custom Computer Repair. **Remote service is billed at the same rate as Desktop units even if you have a Laptop.**
$60.00 (1st hour) minimum- 1 hour. (After the 1st hour $35.00 an hour.)
*Note: The minimum 1 hour charge applies even it only takes a few minutes to fix your problem remotely.*

Please note: Some Problems may not be able to be resolved remotely. ( The 1st hour diagnostic charge still applies EVEN IF the problem as not been resolved!) In most cases if this happens we will recommend for us to pick up your computer for in-shop diagnostic! If repairs are made the diagnostic charge will be credited to your final bill if your charges total over $160. (As listed on our RATES page!)
